The Ivory Coast Chocolate
Ivory Coast is the number one producer of cocoa in the world! Its location on the globe gives it’s cocoa beans woody and earthly notes.
Powder mix for beverages with 60% cocoa.
Add 30 g of powder to 180ml of fresh full fat milk, stir well and heat up to 65 οC.
For a cold beverage, stir well for 20 seconds in a blender 60g of mix powder with 180mL milk and 180mL ice.
Sugar, cocoa (60 %), stabilisers
Store below 25 οC and 70% humidity in shade. Keep away from sunlight and heat.
